Simple {Silent} Sundays | The View from my Window
Moms never get sick, or at least they are not supposed to. But the nasty germs were out to get me. Last weekend my daughter was miserable with a tummy bug, later this week, my son had his turn, and now, yours truly has been in bed all weekend. My delicious plans for today’s Simple Sundays post were foiled. But I wanted to share the view from my window. I hear it is just lovely outside – enjoy it for me, will you?

Liren, I’m sorry to hear you’ve not felt well. I had a bug last week, too, and it slowed me down. Not fun. I hope you’re feeling much better this week. I made some arroz caldo this weekend–would have loved to share a big bowl with you. :)
There is something terrible going around, Jean – hope you are better this week. I’m finally feeling myself. I made arroz caldo when it was the little one’s turn, though sadly not enough to see me through my tummy troubles. There’s just nothing better!
