Wordless Wednesday | Blueberries

Well, almost. It is a little hard for me to post without a single word.

I have been relishing these sweet little gems, the batches we have brought home have been so tantalizingly sweet, it almost seems a shame to cook or bake with them. So while I have been playing around with them in cakes and whatnot (and will be sharing soon), I have mostly been enjoying them simply, just freshly rinsed. But I thought I would share with you some of my most favorite ways to nosh on blueberries, from the archives.

Blueberry Crisp
Goat Cheese with Blueberry Vanilla Compote
Blueberry Banana Muffins

I have never understood Wordless Wednesday. I cannot post wordlessly. And I dream of living somewhere where blueberries are local and abundant.

I just saw some at the market a few hours ago, so I am excited to pick some up at the farmers’ markets this weekend :) Gorgeous shot!
