Blackberry Green Smoothie

Sweet from plump blackberries, a whole banana, and frozen pineapple, this smoothie is my go-to after a hard work out. It’s the perfect drink to help rehydrate and renourish. And it bridges that gap between meals.

  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup kale (or baby spinach)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple


  • Place the almond/soy milk, mixed greens, banana, blackberries, and pineapple in a blender in this order. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
