  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Ground oats or Shredded coconut for coating


  • In the bowl of a blender or food processor, pulse the oats, cranberries, chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup and chia seeds until well combined.
  • Add the raspberries and pulse just a few times until the raspberries are just broken up and incorporated.
  • Using a small ice cream or cookie scoop, portion out the energy bites and gently roll into balls. Drop in ground oats or shredded coconut.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet (half sheet size) and freeze for about 1 hour before eating.
  • Store energy bites in the freezer in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
