Maple Bourbon Eggnog

  • 1 quart Clover Sonoma Organic Eggnog
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon (or brandy or cognac)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • nutmeg for garnish


  • Pour eggnog into a punch bowl or pitcher. Whisk in maple syrup and bourbon, adding more or less to taste, along with cinnamon. Serve chilled with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg.
