(from a 22-oz package)

ripe mangoes
peeled, pit removed and diced
▢

ripe kiwis
peeled and diced

coconut flakes

Instructions
In the bottom of 4 serving cups/dishes, place several tablespoons of mango and kiwi peices.
Fill with rice pudding, about 1/3 cup each.
Top with the remaining fruit and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
