1 1/3cupsKozy Shack® Rice Pudding(from a 22-oz package)
1-2ripe mangoespeeled, pit removed and diced
2-3ripe kiwispeeled and diced
In the bottom of 4 serving cups/dishes, place several tablespoons of mango and kiwi. Fill with rice pudding, about 1/3 cup each. Top with the remaining fruit and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
