In a small bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk in the almond milk, coconut yogurt, and maple syrup with a fork, ensuring no clumps form. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again. Cover with reusable wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
When ready to serve, top the overnight oats with the blueberries, peanut butter, and coconut flakes.
