The addition of ginger is my fav thing. Always adds such a fun zest to drinks. That looks so refreshing Liren! I am craving cantaloupe now.

Ginger Simple Syrup – Combine water, sugar, and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar dissolves. Cool completely.
In a pitcher or glass bowl, combine wine, triple sec, and fruit. Gently stir the fruit in the alcohol with a large spoon. Stir in the simple syrup (and mint if desired), cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Before serving, stir in the ginger ale.
Serve over ice and garnish with edible flowers, if you wish. Cheers!
