Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl - Bursting with fresh mangoes and topped with your favorite tropical fruits, this tropical smoothie bowl is ideal for a refreshing breakfast, snack, or healthy treat!
1cupripe bananaCut into chunks, about 1 medium banana
1cupfresh chopped mango
1 1/2cupsfrozen mango
For the Toppings:
sliced mango
sliced kiwis
Sliced dragon fruit
Halved golden berries
shredded coconut
Hemp seeds
Granola

Instructions
In a blender, add the juice, banana, fresh and frozen mango, in that order. Blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy. You may have to tamp it down to help it blend evenly, and adjust the consistency with more juice or frozen mango, as necessary. Transfer to a bowl and let it set in the freezer while you prepare your toppings.
To serve, top with mangoes, kiwis, dragon fruit, golden berries, coconut, hemp seeds, and granola, if you wish. Enjoy immediately.
