Toast someone special with lychee rose mimosas! This mimosa champagne cocktail is perfect for brunch, and made with sparkling rose wine, sweet lychee syrup and rosewater.

Ingredients

bottle
sparkling wine
champagne, cava, prosecco, etc. I used sparkling rose for the color.
▢

15-oz cans
lychee in syrup
strain and separate lychees from syrup
▢
rosewater

Instructions
Pour 1 1/2 ounces lychee syrup and 1 ounce rosewater in a champagne coupe or flute.
Top with sparkling wine (about 4-6 ounces, depending on size of your glass).
Garnish with 2-3 lychees and enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to chill your sparkling wine, lychee syrup and rosewater in advance of making your mimosas!
