    I’ve only had soft shell crabs once before, and it wasn’t a great experience. This recipe has inspired me to give it another go though. Now I’ve got to figure out where I can buy some soft shells!

    I love the idea of a “pro” post! Unfortunately crabs = death for me….I’m highly allergic. Which is too bad, because they are SO tasty….
