    I personally love the idea and I love your site. I’m still wanting to cook the zucchini noodles you posted yesterday! I think that to have a Pro Spotlight is a fabulous idea. As a self proclaimed foodie geek, I will be visiting and sharing your site alot.

    Beautiful soft shell crab dish! You are so lucky for being able to use them. I have never seen them in the store here in Holland so I have to postpone my craving till my USA visit.

    I love the idea of a “pro” post! Unfortunately crabs = death for me….I’m highly allergic. Which is too bad, because they are SO tasty….

    I’ve only had soft shell crabs once before, and it wasn’t a great experience. This recipe has inspired me to give it another go though. Now I’ve got to figure out where I can buy some soft shells!
