Five little things I loved this week:

Autumn Flavors

My daughter and I huddled as we walked towards the car, the wind sending a chill through our bones. I was wearing shorts, she was wearing a tank top. “Boy it feels like fall!” I remarked to her. “It is fall, mom.” she reminded me. Oh yes, duh. It really is. I may have not figured out the wardrobe, but my cooking has definitely taken a turn for the cozy. How about you? I want a big mug of Izy’s (Top with Cinnamon) Pumpkin Spice Drip Coffee. It would nicely with a slice of Valerie’s (Une Gamine dans la Cuisine) Rosemary Citrus Cake with Mascarpone-Honey Frosting. I would follow this up with Maria’s (Pink Patisserie) Winter Soup. And a nap (I can dream, can’t I?).

New Baby Smell Makes You Feel Drunk

Baby Smells. Yes, oh yes. I no longer can drink in the sweet smells of adorable baby, but I miss it so! And I completely agree with the research that confirms that it’s the best smell in the world.
