“So…what are you going to be for Halloween?”

This is the Very Important Question all grown-ups ask children this time of year.

And for the first time ever, my son is caught flat-footed. He (meaning, we) has been struggling to find the perfect one – the Halloween costume that will be the costume of all costumes, making this the best Halloween ever.

That’s a lot of pressure when you’re nine!

If you have any suggestions, please send them our way. Something simple, something clever, something we can pull together in 22 days. We would both appreciate it!

The good news is, I have plenty of ideas for what to do with those pumpkin seeds when you carve out those jack-o’lanterns!

I am sharing 3 Tasty Takes on Pumpkin Seeds Recipes: Pumpkin Seed Granola, Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seed & Cranberry Bark, and Wasabi Brown Sugar Roasted Pumpkin Seeds over on SheKnows.com, and you’ve seriously got to head over there and try them.

My son may be having a hard time deciding what he wants to be for Halloween, but when it comes to my pumpkin seed recipes, he clearly loves one of these the best of all: Pumpkin Seed Granola. I daresay he ate almost the whole batch himself!
