Happy Friday! I’m currently on a bus filled with budding thespians, heading to a massive theatre festival in Sacramento. It’s going to be a very musical weekend, my friends! While many might be watching the Winter Olympics (which I love!), I’ll be watching some talented kids compete in the performing arts, and I can’t wait!
Here are Five Little Things I loved this week:
1. Cleaning out the Fridge
Do you ever find yourself with a full fridge and nothing to eat? I’ve been trying my best to be as efficient as possible with the ingredients in my pantry and fridge. Sometimes that means recycling leftovers, like in this Chicken and Mushroom Corn Tetrazzini or in a frittata, or my personal favorite, soup!
I’m guessing if I organized my fridge like in this video, that would help, too!
2. Bread
There are some things I could never give up, and bread is one of them. After seeing this traditional method of baking bread with lava, now I have another reason to plan a trip to Iceland.
3. The Eagles Have Landed
While I may be a bigger fan of game day food than I am of the actual game, I have to admit that listening in to the control tower as the Eagles landed in Philly after the Super Bowl is pretty amazing.
4. Eat your Wheaties
Breakfast is super important to me, so it was fun to see what some Olympic athletes eat for breakfast!
5. True Love
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Here’s one couple whose story will tug at your heartstrings!
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
Hi Liren, The link for Eat Your Wheaties is broken.
Appreciate your catching that, Stu. I’ve fixed the link, thanks!
