This Piña Colada Green Smoothie is my little mini vacation in the middle of the day, even if it’s missing the rum (though I won’t tell if you decide to add some!).
For someone who uses a blender multiple times a day, for some odd reason, I haven’t granted it counter-worthy status. You would think that since I’m constantly pulling it out of the cabinet over and over and over again I would just wise up and leave it on display, but it’s one of those silly things I insist on doing.
That blender has served me well, though, and I can not imagine a day without it. You know how smoothies are just part of our every day! Lately, my son has been loving pineapple smoothies every day after school, and after I make his, I’ll make myself a Piña Colada Green Smoothie. It’s my little mini vacation in the middle of the day, even if it’s missing the rum (though I won’t tell if you decide to add some!).
If you love the pineapple in this Piña Colada Green Smoothie and want more pineapple recipes, don’t miss these!
